Georgios Sarris got his Bachelor’s from the Department of Mathematics at the University of Patras in 2006 and his MSc in Mathematics of Computers and Decision Making at the interdisciplinary graduate program of the University of Patras in 2012. The area of his interest was Numerical Methods: Theory and Applications in Decision Making. His research interests focus on utilizing state-of-the-art and developing new unsupervised deep learning architectures specifically designed for anomaly detection in health care and biomedical applications. He is currently teaching mathematics and computer science to high school students.
