Dr. Dimitrios G. Myridakis, is a Military and Reserach Associate / Postdoctoral Researcher of the Department of Computer Sciences and Biomedical Informatics at the School of Science of the University of Thessaly. He has completed his Ph.D degree with subject of this “Digital Circuits and Systems to Enhance Security in Smart Devices connected to the Internet". At the same time, he has received a scholarship and his research is funded by NOKIA and NOKIA Bell Labs. He is also a graduate of Computer Engineer and Computer Technology and holds a Master's degree in Science Informatics and Telematics in the direction of Computing and Internet Technologies and Applications. He is a Teaching Assistant in the course “Embedded Computer Systems in Biomedicine", while also participating in the Research Team (for NOKIA) and the Research Program “Internet of Things Security (IoT Security)", code 5419, at ELKE Thessaly. He has been a member of the Scientific Technical Program Committee, a member of the Scientific Critical Committee, as well as a Reviewer at various conferences and competitions. His main research interests include computer and network security Since 2016 he has been a member of the Research Laboratory Intelligent Systems (ISL) team of the University of Thessaly, the A2rTEST creative team, as well as the IEEE Student Branch University of Thessaly (Lamia), developing various devices, participating in various competitions, and participating in a variety of activities. He has participated in various workshops & international conferences while part of his research has been presented in some of them, taking discrimination.
