Georgia Kontogianni is involved in the organization of information actions for organizations and the public, in the light of their financial management, the development of a business plan for the development and viability of the computer node after the completion of the financing. Also, she participates in the development of the service delivery model, the communication with potential users or potential partners/customers for issues related to the service delivery model, the financial analysis and definition of the economic model of service delivery, and in the information and dissemination actions of final results.
